an early stage e-health start-up company in the business of delivering critical, secure, and time
sensitive medical information, using a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to deploy our innovative
electronic prescriptions software application.
Our target market is the North American health system; specifically, the Canadian market in the short-
term and then expanding to the United States market once our application gains traction in the
marketplace.
Currently our team is in the research and prototype development stage and will have a full working beta
version completed by Fall 2009.
